Company: A governmental Institution is about to install a fully automated system aiming to replace the manual procedures and paperwork therefore allowing the removal of the manual filing procedures by 2007.

As a first step to this project, AMJ has been asked to run an organisational audit aiming to analyse the existing organisation of the Legal Affairs Department and present one optimal solution.

The project consisted first of all in organising a set of interviews aiming to understand how the 20 departments were working and to define the similarities and differences between departments. As a result, AMJ produced a report including the definition of an homogeneous procedure between the different departments and suggestions to improve the overall organisation of the service.

As a result the set of recommendations will define the specifications for the new automated system to improve the overall organisation of the Department of Legal Affairs by 2007.
